My partner works in education, and as a trainer. At a recent session, she faced the uphill task of trying to engage 3 young teachers who had separated themselves from the main group and seemed quite disinterested.
At the end, she was enormously encouraged when one motioned to her and said,
"Can I ask a question?"
- "Of course."
"Where did you get your scarf?"
