Do they give a X?

Apathy about next week’s police and crime commissioner elections seems to be spreading.

I have received a letter from my local returning officer headed “police, crime and commissioner election” (you’d think they’d know).  And when I looked for the manifestoes on www.policeelections.com, one of the candidates had not submitted anything.
